The house is located on a privileged ocean front lot standing on a cliff with spectacular views of the sea of Cortez and its coast line.

To take the most advantage of the ocean views, and considering the altitude of the lot and its closeness to the ocean, the main level of the project steps down from the street to the pool terrace.

The project follows the particular shape of the lot to define the main axis of the house, and increasing the view angle of the horizon by doing so.
