This exceptional beach front lot stands on a pronounced hill with spectacular views towards a private beach cove and a natural rock hill framing views to the Sea of Cortez.
The Particular and triangle shape of the lot was a determining factor to locate the main structure of the house close to the street side of the lot. The limited building envelope determined that the house needed to be designed in 3 stories down from the street level.
