Area: 14,172 Sq ft / 1,317 Sq mts
The house is located on a privileged ocean front lot with spectacular views of the sea of Cortez and its coast line.
The principal objective of the project was to create and unique and phenomenological experience going from the entrance of the house into a Foyer Patio garden, accessing the central patio courtyard, that is the core of the house, and into to the main house entry.
In order to take advantage of the ocean views, the massing of the guest bedrooms on the upper floor level where flipped facing the horizon and the cove.
